How To Order or Obtain a Quote

There are three service areas and one product area available. The three service areas are:

1) Photographic Service

2) Photoshop Retouching or Restoration

3) Lessons in Photography and/or Photoshop

The product area is:

1) Sales of prints or images

For this reason I have provided a separate price list for you to refer to when seeking information on prices for products and services.

CONTRACTS AND RELEASES

You will find that most professional photographers, particularly when it comes to protracted photographic work such as wedding photography, will require you to sign a contract. I am no different. The contract is to ensure that there is no misunderstanding between either party of the scope of the work and payment obligations. Please click here to see a sample contract.

Photographs taken by me are my sole property and remain such unless I provide release of the image/s from copyright.

I often use images that I have taken for my website for advertising purposes to show potential clients examples of images I have taken. Tacit consent for this purpose is assumed by virtue of having consented to the image being taken in the first instance. If you do not wish display of you image on my website or other advertising forum then you should inform me immediately.
